As our Marketing Assistant (Real Estate Listings), you will be a key driver of our online rental marketing presence, focusing on posting and promoting housing and apartment listings on Facebook and other social platforms. Your creativity and attention to detail will help connect renters with their perfect home! Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting engaging, high-performing rental posts for Facebook and other platforms
• Writing clear, compelling descriptions based on property details, photos, and client input
• Managing listing schedules and ensuring timely posting
• Responding to inquiries and directing prospects to leasing teams
• Monitoring engagement and optimizing content to increase reach
• Collaborating with internal teams to maintain consistency in brand voice

We’re looking for someone who is:

•  Passionate about social media and real-estate marketing
•  Skilled in writing catchy, clear, persuasive copy
•  Familiar with Facebook Marketplace / social posting tools
•  Organized, self-motivated, and proactive
•  Comfortable tracking results and optimizing posts over time

Bonus if you have experience in graphic tools like Canva or Photoshop.
