Job Description
Transcom is seeking ambitious Travel Advisors who can provide exceptional custom itineraries for clients. You will manage travel requirements made for business or holiday and you will provide tourism related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers. The goal is to keep clients satisfied and loyal for future services.

- Engage with the clients to get their information on where they want to go, their budget, if they have any medical needs to consider, types of activities they want to do, and their preference of hotels, cruise lines or airlines.
- One main duty is to research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
- Completing the booking process of flights, resorts, activities, car rentals, Theme Park tickets, and more, collecting deposits and balances, following the company’s protocol.
- Create detailed itineraries for the clients, including maps, local customs, regulations, events, and more.
- Provide superb customer service to the clients before, during, and after, ensuring that they will become repeat clients.
Job Requirement
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer/laptop with reliable internet.
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Personal travel experience considered a plus.
